With a solid background in international sales, marketing, and business development, Ileana has successfully positioned a multinational corporation's brand and products across diverse markets, including Latin America, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. During her tenure in Cleveland, OH, she contributed to significant business growth before being promoted and transferred to São Paulo, Brazil, where she managed the company's Headquarters and distribution center, leading the implementation of strategic marketing plans, sales initiatives, and market development efforts to strengthen the company's footprint in Brazil.

Next assignment as Territory Manager for Moen based in Monterrey, Mexico, further solidified her expertise in Latin American markets before returning to São Paulo for deeper exploration of South America. Her passion for Brazil and its business culture led her to travel extensively across the region, strengthening her understanding of local markets and building valuable cross-cultural relationships.

Her extensive experience in LATAM, coupled with her deep understanding of global business cultures and product needs, has enabled her to develop impactful strategies for brand positioning and product creation across borders.

In 2010, Ileana made a career pivot to real estate, earning her license with a focus on international markets.. She was one of the first to achieve the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in her company, and holds several other prestigious designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and others to better serve her customers when buying, selling or investing in real estate in Florida or Global markets of interest.

Ileana's passion for global real estate led to her invitation to join the NAR Global Program, where she has collaborated for over 12 years on global initiatives and strategic alliances, with a special focus on Latin America. In her roles as President's Liaison, Global Ambassador, and NAR's Global Coordinator for the South American market, she has gained a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the needs of Real Estate Associations and practitioners. This experience has allowed her to develop and provide strong programs to support these professionals, fostering the growth of the global real estate community.

She leverages her extensive international expertise to facilitate connections between Real Estate Associations, REALTORS®, and international REALTOR® members, while educating them about market opportunities and trends.

She's committed about encouraging collaboration, building strategic partnerships, and promoting global growth in the real estate industry. An accomplished instructor for NAR official designations as CIPS, ABR, and SRS, Ileana shares her knowledge with real estate professionals, empowering them to succeed in the competitive and ever-evolving global marketplace.
